By booking advertising with Tuktukvertising, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These exist to ensure clarity, reliability, responsibility and smooth cooperation for both sides.
1. Service Overview
Tuktukvertising installs printed ads on real operating remorks (tuk tuks) driving through Phnom Penh. Visibility is mobile and reaches diverse audiences throughout the city.
What we provide
- Professional printing, mounting and installation
- Placement on active remorks with daily circulation
- Proof photos after installation
- Monthly advertising delivery unless paused or cancelled
About remork movement
Routes vary based on driver activity, traffic, weather and time of day. No specific route or audience size is guaranteed.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Campaign fees are charged monthly per remork
- Printing/setup fee applies per newly installed design
- Payment is due upfront before installation
- Design work (if requested) is billed separately
- All pricing is in USD
3. Contract & Cancellation
- Service is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed
- You may pause/cancel at any time with 7 days notice
- No refunds for unused days after installation
- We may suspend service if artwork breaches guidelines or payment is overdue
4. Artwork Requirements
You provide print-ready artwork unless design is purchased.
- 300 DPI minimum / PDF, PNG, JPG, AI accepted
- Template provided upon onboarding
- Content must be submitted minimum 3 days before install
Content Restrictions
We do not accept ads containing:
- Illegal or trademark-infringing material
- Explicit or hateful content
- Political campaign material or religious proselytizing
- Defamatory claims or unsubstantiated health/financial promises
- Anything violating Cambodian law
Tuktukvertising reserves the right to reject artwork without refund if it violates these rules.
5. Liability
- Impression numbers are estimates, not guarantees
- Service may pause during storms or mechanical issues
- Lost, damaged or stolen panels will be replaced at material cost
- Total liability is limited to previous month’s campaign fees
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain the rights to your artwork
- You grant us license to print and publicly display it
- We may use campaign photos for marketing unless you request exclusion in writing
- Tuktukvertising branding remains property of Lord Penh
7. Privacy
We store only contact data required for communication and billing. We never sell or trade personal information. View our complete Privacy Policy for details.
8. Governing Law
These terms fall under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes will first attempt informal resolution; unresolved matters fall under Phnom Penh jurisdiction.
By launching a campaign, you acknowledge agreement to these terms.
